A short documentary on ceramic artist Paula Winokur, discussing the making of her work Pinnacles Palisades.
Paula Winokur worked primarily in porcelain, drawn to the material's strength and purity rather than its translucency. A large part of her career focused on drawing attention to climate change through monumental sculptures of ice and glaciers, translating landscapes she encountered directly in Iceland and Greenland into abstract, memory-driven form.
